What we collect

If you send a booking or venue enquiry we store your name, email, phone, city and country, whether it is for one car or a venue, car details, timeline, any comment you write and your consent flag. If you apply to be a partner we store the business details on that form. We record which country a submission came from, and anonymous page events (which pages and sections were viewed).

What we don’t collect

No payment details are taken anywhere on this site. There’s no third-party advertising or analytics tag; event counting happens on our own server.

What we do with it

Requests are used to contact you about OverHalo and to decide which cities and sites get units first. A request may be shared with the approved operating partner for your region, and only that partner.

Retention and removal

Requests are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email hello@overhalo.com and we’ll remove the record and confirm.

Cookies

One cookie, set only after you sign in to a portal, holding a signed session. No tracking cookies are set for public visitors.
